Time Corrected Areas in Agilent 7100 Capillary Electrophoresis

Hi Everyone,

In Agilent 7100 CE (with ChemStation or OpenLAB software): Does the software calculates the "time corrected areas" automatically or we need to divide the areas to migration time manually to have time corrected areas?

(I mean the Area in the report is time corrected area or uncorrected area)

Thank you

  • Hi Everyone,

In Chemstation, the default Shirt Area report will always give corrected area. While creating new calibration table, there is a option, "calculate with corrected area", this will be selected default. If we want area, then this should be removed.

For using customized intelligent report, in the table needs to adda column with corrected area formula.

    Refer below.
