Is the integration unit for a UV signal (1260 DAD detector) just mAU*min. E.g. the delta for the integration is delta minutes or is it volume (ml). Or there any other adjustments made e.g. conversion of path length to 1 cm etc or is it just raw AU.

What software are you using?
Mathias.
I have moved this to the OpenLab CDS forum.
Thanks Ron
Mathias,
It should be in mAU*s the same as Chemstation.

Yes I see the mAU but since it is an integration it can be either over time (minutes?) or volume (probably ml?) so every measurement point has an mAU which covers a section (which probably could be described as deltaminutes or deltamilliliters of the chromatogram and it is that I'm looking for how large and the definition of that.
