Calibration for GC-FID (Shimadzu) doesn't work after upgrade OpenLab 2.3 to 2.7

Dear all,

we just recently received an upgrade from OpenLab 2.3 to 2.7. We control a Shimadzu with OpenLab. The Shimadzu GC-FID received a new set of drivers during upgrade.

We are now running into problems during calibration of our runs which were performed after the upgrade. Integrated peaks are no longer linked to a concentration, even with the internal standard properly identified. An error "Calibration: curve not found for compound 'n-heptane' (FID11Det'2)" occurs.

The only obvious difference which we can see is that the detected signal was termed "GC-20302A" before the update and is now called "FID11Det#2". Is this a driver issue?

The whole process works fine if the calibrate data which were generated on an agilent GC-FID.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Best regards

Martin
