Hi All.

I've installed many time Openlab from version 2.0 to 2.5 but this is the first time I get this error on a new computer that IT gave us.

Trying to install Openlab 2.5 Workstation on Win10.

It fails at the "Openlab Chemstation Access" step and this window pops up:

Could anyone help me ? (I'm including the log) Agilent_OpenLab_CDS_20220831161541_050_PackageDopServer.log

chesstu : Did you upgrade OpenLab CDS 2.5 from 2.0 version? Direct upgrade from 2.0 to 2.5 is not supported. Here are my suggestions: 1. Uninstall 2.0 then install 2.5. 2. Upgrade first to any version…

chesstu : Did you upgrade OpenLab CDS 2.5 from 2.0 version? Direct upgrade from 2.0 to 2.5 is not supported. Here are my suggestions:
1. Uninstall 2.0 then install 2.5.
2. Upgrade first to any version 2.2 or above then upgrade to 2.5.

See pages 96-97 on the installation guide.
