I have 1100 HPLC system with ChemStation Rev. C.01.07 SR3 (465) on window 10 and I observe time lag between the method parameters (i.e., pressure and flow rate ) plot lines versus detector absorbances plot line on online spectra plot. All plot lines are together at the start of injection but as sample run during injection, time lag appears.
This cause difference in retention time what we observe for peaks on screen versus vs. what appears on plot.
Can you help to figure out how to troubleshoot this issue?
