We have a problem with the acquisition methods on GC, but not on HPLC.
When we want to change an acquisition method that is in "approved" status to "generic" status in order to modify it, it is impossible to do so because the box is grayed out, and the following message appears "Method status cannot be modified while there are pending changes. Reopen the method to modify the status".
The problem is not related to privileges because in HPLC it works, with the same profile. We have the problem only in GC (GC/FID/liquid injector).
Moreover, we have already succeeded in performing this action in the past, so we really don't understand.
We have closed all open methods, restarted PCs, AICs and instruments, but it has not changed anything, the problem persists.
Do you have any idea what it could be?
