Open Lab Retention Time Issue (6890)

We have Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.4 connected to both a 6890 and 8890 GC.  There are no issues with the 8890, but with the 6890 the retention times in the Data Analysis chromatograms are off by a factor of ten.  In other words, if a peak normally elutes at 7 minutes, it is showing the RT to be 70 minutes on the chromatogram.  Has anyone ever seen anything like this?  6890 Firmware version is A.03.08.  See chromatograms below.

    Update on this.  

    The Retention Time issue on the 6890 was corrected for a short period of time by uninstalling and re-installing the instrument on our OpenLab system and using newly created Acquisition Methods.  However, after a few months it is back to having the RT's off by a factor of 10 again.  Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
