Adding Menu Items in ChemStation

Question

Does anyone know where I can find documentation on where the macros exist to add menu items in ChemStation? I'd like to add some menu items to call macros.

The best resource for macro programming is the (now very old) HP Chemstation Macro Programming Guide: https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/usermanuals/Public/MACROS.PDF 
 There's an example of how to add menu items on p93, and the full list of menu commands start on page 411.
