Is it possible to edit/correct sample amounts etc. once a sequence has been run?

You don't say which software you're using, but the answer is yes anyway.

• In Chemstation - you can edit the Sequence Table in the Data Analysis view
• In OpenLab CDS - you can edit the Injection List in the Data Analysis application
• In EZChrom - you can edit the Result Sequence.

In all three cases, you can reprocess the results with the correct sample amounts.

You need to add the injection list window to one of the layouts. Once this is done, you can enter the sample amount in the injection list and then reprocess the results.
