Internal server error - OpenLab 2.4

Hello,

I have a problem with launching Acquisition module while repeatedly error occurs: "Internal server error".

After trying to launch Instrument following description of error occurs..

I tried to restore windows to the time it was working and restart all "agilent" services, bud it didnt work. BTW data analysis etc. works... Could you help me with this?

  • I wanted to "repair" OpenLab in original  installer file, but there is no, only uninstall button (see picture below)... If i uninstall it and then install it back, will it cost me generating new licence key, or old licence key will work? Thank you

  • I solved same error yesterday on customer site. DB is corrupted probably, so uninstall/install is not enough as the corrupted DB will be used again. You should uninstall OpenLAB and purge (Shift-Delete) folders C:\ProgramData\Agilent, C:\program Files(x86)\Agilent Technologies as well. Database will be erase.

    Than you can install OpenLAB again and create instruments, create same projects as you have in C:\CDSProjects\ (if you use default). Make sure to backup your data, for safe.
