Do you have a Data Analysis window from "snapshot" or "review completed injections" from a previous sequence open?  That would prevent the previous sequence from completing and leave the remaining sequences in the pending state.

I don't have any more sequences.
the previous ones are aborted because they stayed the same, pending ...

In this cause you will have to call Agilent Support. It is probably firmware or maybe even mainboard that failed this time.
