I have a 7980B GC with an external injection valve and FID detector. I am using OpenLab CDS Chemstation Version C.01.09 with Windows 10 (version 1703). Sometimes while running a sequence it fails to save the chromatogram. When you select the line in the data analysis window it says "No signals available". This error does not happen every time (missing 2 of 19), I ran a second sequence and it completed all lines with no issue. Do you have any suggestions to prevent this problem in the future? I have attached the "Data File Logbook" for both a good and 2 bad samples.
