I have a question about HPLC software, the QA lab uses OpenLAB EZChrom while the development lab uses OpenLAB Chemstation.
There is a very important difference in the area counts that are had for the same analysis, with identical HPLCs but using these two versions of the software.
Is there an explanation and document (technical note, application note, etc.) that explains the reason for this difference?
