Hi chauhan7207
this is a common problem happen because your methods directory changed so the ChemStation cannot got the method when you try load it.
so verify that your instrument method directory (C:\CHEM32\1\Method folder)
maybe you delete or remove method folder or methods unintentionally.
if you don't find methods inside method folder you should put methods again in method folder from your backup copy.

Hi chauhan7207
in C:\CHEM32\1\Method folder, 1 refers to the number of instrument so if you have tow instrument on chemstation
the path it would C:\CHM32\2\Method folder,so verify in this path from your methods, you should see all methods in method folder

Hi Dheya,
Thanks for your efforts it's not related to method. I have a different computer where gc is connected and it gives the same error. Once we restore the computer for back date it works fine.
