recently, we established pesticide analysis laboratory with GC/MS. Now we are working with method development of sample preparation. We mostly working on food pesticide analysis with Quechers method.
Is there anyone who is possible to share us some experience?

This chapter will explain each step and why it's done. Basically, extraction step to have your analytes (pesticides) in ACN layer and dispersive step to remove the co-extractives from your sample. The procedure is friendly with GCMS but also LCMS, if you need in future.
Also, a selection guide will help you to select the best dispersive based on your matrices, the technique offers a lot of options and it's important to know the content of your samples and main interferences because the technique work to clean the major components that could harm your instrument and your analisys in general.

Last, Agilent has a propietary dispersive (EMR-Lipid) for high lipid matrices, at the same format as quechers. So if this is your situation, you can directly select EMR-lipid for your samples.
