Important Information to Set Up Agilent as a Vendor
The Agilent and eMSion teams are excited to announce that, as of 3 June 2024, orders for all products will be handled by Agilent. The currently available software and hardware have been added to Agilent product portfolio and all orders and requests for products and services will now go through Agilent.
We are committed to maintaining the same high levels of customer service that you have come to expect, and our aim is to minimize disruption to customers, partners, and employees.
For current eMSion customers, you’ll see only minor differences in working with Agilent. The main change is in billing information – starting 3 June 2024, all orders should be placed with Agilent Technologies. Please update your vendor records at that time to reflect the new Agilent information on the country-specific Fact Sheets referenced below.
To update your vendor information, please download a country-specific Fact Sheet that will provide you with the information you need. In addition, tax-exempt organizations must submit an Exempt Certificate to their local Agilent office. You will find the contact information in the following fact sheet documents.
