Adding a custom form to a calendar/schedule event

 Is it possible to add a custom form to a calendar event? Or linking a calendar to a custom form?

 Thank you for contacting Agilent iLab Software Support! 
 Yes, there is a way to add a form to a calendar event. 
 
 If the form is not yet in the system, you can create it by navigating to the &ldquo;Administration&rdquo; tab, then to the &ldquo;Custom Forms&rdquo; panel on your Core page. Click the &ldquo;+ Create a Custom Form&rdquo; button, build the form as needed, and then press &lsquo;Save&rsquo;.  Now, to add the new form or any other existing form to a calendar event, navigate to the &ldquo;Schedule Equipment&rdquo; tab, and click on the &ldquo;blue pencil&rdquo; icon to the right side of the calendar&rsquo;s name. 
 Under &ldquo;General Settings&rdquo;, scroll down to the &ldquo;Custom Forms&rdquo; subsection. Toggle the &ldquo;Include custom form on reservation details page?&rdquo; button, click on the dropdown to select the form from the list, and then press &ldquo;Save&rdquo;.
