Adding a custom form to a calendar/schedule event

Yes, there is a way to add a form to a calendar event.

1. If the form is not yet in the system, you can create it by navigating to the “Administration” tab, then to the “Custom Forms” panel on your Core page. Click the “+ Create a Custom Form” button, build the form as needed, and then press ‘Save’.

2. Now, to add the new form or any other existing form to a calendar event, navigate to the “Schedule Equipment” tab, and click on the “blue pencil” icon to the right side of the calendar’s name.
   
   
   
   
3. Under “General Settings”, scroll down to the “Custom Forms” subsection. Toggle the “Include custom form on reservation details page?” button, click on the dropdown to select the form from the list, and then press “Save”.
