OpenLab CDS 2.3 ECM XT Sequence Stuck in Review After Taking Snapshot of Running Injection

After taking a snapshot of a running injection and closing out of DA, sometimes the sequence gets stuck thinking it is being reviewed in DA but all sessions are closed out. Sequence will not finish.  Need to manually kill the process on the AIC but this causes injections after the snapshot stuck in acquired to be lost when reviewing the data in DA.  Raw data for missing injections is visible in content manager.

Is there a way to manually close open DA sessions for a sequence?

Also, is there a way to view raw data visible in content manager that isn't showing up in DA?

    Hello,

    You should look into upgrading your system to the latest version, as those type of issues have been addressed in later versions and updates. If you have data that is in the content manager but cannot be loaded, you should contact local support for a workstation or the informatics support portal for a client server install to see if the data can be repaired. You should always be able to close DA but there were some issues in older versions where closing it would not release the sequence when using snapshot.
