What revision of OpenLab CDS are you running? What are you using as your backend (ECM XT, OpenLab Server, or ECM 3.6)? If you are using ECM XT or OpenLab Server then is the alfresco tomcat service running on your OpenLab Application server?

The alfresco tomcat was not running, and after I started this service, the warning didn't show anymore. It's weird that some services don't run automatically.

Our Openlab version is 3.2.2. I don't know how to check the backend, but I think it's Openlab Server.

So does it look like everything is working now that alfresco tomcat is running? The alfresco tomcat service should start automatically, so the fact that it did not might indicate that there is another service on the server that is competing for port 80.

Yes, it works well now. Honestly, I don't understand the relationship between port and services. 

As I only need to do this validation once a year, start the service manually is fine for me.
