We are happy to inform you that ECM Classic Client is available for download on Agilent SubscribeNet.
ECM Classic Client has been developed in response to Microsoft announcement about the end of support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) in standard Windows deployments effective June 15, 2022.
ECM Classic Client is a customer-installable add-on to existing ECM 3.5 or ECM 3.6 systems under Window 10 or Windows 11 operating systems. This new add-on is intended to replace current ECM Client and removes the related dependency on IE11. Function and user experience remain the same.
Please note that Agilent does not recommend running the current ECM Client on Edge in IE mode due to known technical issues.
Lastly, ECM Web Interface, the alternative interface for general review activities, is not impacted by IE11 retirement and more capabilities are under development. The ECM Web Interface is available for download on Agilent SubscribeNet as well.
