There is an editing tool within the software that allows a user to report to Agilent incorrect or missing information for an instrument. On the Service Management page, search for the instrument, open the instrument card, and click Edit on the top right. Complete the form for each field with incorrect or missing information. Submit your edits to Agilent. Agilent will review the edits and update the fields they can update. Not all requests can be accommodated. You will be notified if a field you requested to be edited cannot be updated.
If an instrument or service request ticket is missing from your Service Management or Service History page, please contact CrossLab Support at crosslab.support@agilent.com to report this. Include the serial number of the missing instrument in your email or the Service Request Reference number. CrossLab Connect Support will investigate the issue and get back to you with an update or report back when it is resolved.
