How Do I See Just My Instruments?

On CrossLab Connect Service Management, instruments can be searched for by serial number, asset label or name, contract type, and other criteria.  Use the filtering fields at the top of the page to set your filters. 

Note: If you do not clear out your filters before you log out, your previous session’s filter settings will be saved for the next time you log in.  

Alternatively, the Company Admin can create an Asset Group and assign an User Group to that Asset Group. If your User Group is assigned to an Asset Group, you will see the assets from that Asset Group only.
