When logged into CrossLab Connect Service Management, there is a Request Support button on the top right of each page which allows you to submit a service ticket for any instrument within that list. You will need to search for the instrument and complete the submission form prior to submitting to Agilent.
Alternatively, you can request support for an instrument on the asset. Search for the instrument by serial number or keyword using the top filter boxes on the Service Management page. Click on the instrument name to open the instrument information card. On this page, you may click Request Support next to the asset that requires service.
