I have DB-WAX 30m 0.25mm 0.50 µm column .,Can I inject water sample directly to that column using GC-FID?!

Yes.  You can inject 0.2-0.5 uL of water onto a WAX column.  More than 1.0 uL will expand past the volume of the liner and cause contamination.
