Hi , Does anyone kindly recommend reverse phase UPLC columns to handle sample containing 5% SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate)? My old favorite Zobrax LC column encounters problems to run, Thanks a lot!!!

Hi Golden09,

you need to state which ZORBAX column you are using and what the problems are incl. the method you are using.
