Hemoglobinopathies method for HPLC (VWD)

Hi team, Good morning. I am looking for Hemoglobinopathies method for HPLC (VWD)..Is it possible to analysis the same by HPLC? Is anybody have done this earlier ?

Hi, 
 there are methods with cation-exchange HPLC to do hemoglobinopathies, see this article . Agilent has no application note to show this.
