I just want to double check, will PN-12234504 contain all necessary rings, screws or any other coupling etc which are required to fix it to the plate.

You seemingly use an old user manual. Here's the link to the new one, all PNs included.

It's called lid gasket and lid cover now.

Sealant is not necessary as the O-ring/flat seal is sufficient.

Thanks again, in the new manual also I couldn't find PN for White Delrin cover* with polyethylene gasket, vacuum gauge, control and release valves installed.

Our issue is how to re-seal broken vacuum gauge with the Derlin lid cover, any sealant if you could recommend.
