Cell plate back to front?

It is possible to put in the cell plate back to front for XFe96? So that A1 is H12?

Thank you for contacting Agilent Cell Analysis technical support. Yes, you can put the cell plate back to front so that A1 is H12. Cell plates have barcodes on both sides. You will see that in the event log in the data file. This orientation will show up as K and correct orientation will show up as V.
