Hello,
we have a bunch of Bravo liquid handling stations on site, and we are currently upgrading the computer stations to Windows 10.
Unfortunately, we are experiencing communication issues between Bravo and VWorks 13.1.6. The communication sometimes is hard to establish, or goes away with no apparent reason (no cables disconnected, PC/instrument restart, etc) and the device is not found anymore. Sometimes it just takes several restarts to be able to get the communication back.
When pinged, the connection is unstable, with 50-100% loss.
When the devices were running on Windows 7, there has not been any issue of this kind, so I wonder if this can be related to Windows 10? Maybe some incompatibility between the firmware and Win10?
Any hint on what to check to address the problem?
