Creating an OpenLab CDS SubscribeNet Account

This Information Applies To: Agilent OpenLab CDS products

Issue:

Agilent CDS OpenLab Software licenses are managed via the Agilent SubscribeNet webpage. Clients are required to create a SubscribeNet account that will be used to register all their software products and generate the software licenses required to operate Agilent Software products. 

Caution:  Every software package has a unique Authorization Code in a lavender colored envelope, which is used for creating and managing your software licenses. If you lose the Authorization Code, you will need to purchase replacement software with a new authorization code.  Software will work for 60 days without a valid license, then lock the operation functions. Data analysis and existing data will still be accessible.

Steps to follow:

1. Create a SubscribeNet account.
2. Add additional Authorization Code/s.

Create a SubscribeNet account:

1. Go to the Agilent SuscribeNet webpage https://agilent.subscribenet.com/control/agil/login.

2. Select SubscribeNet new account registration > CLICK HERE.

3. Enter details as prompted, including the Authorization Code for the first software product to be added. Click Submit.

   
   

4. You will receive an email with your username and password. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes first check your email Spam and Junk folders and if the email is not found, contact subscribenet_support@agilent.com.

5. Open the email and click the SubscribeNet link. Enter your Login ID (the email address you registered with) and Password. Click Login.

6. Follow the prompts and change the password.

Add additional Authorization Code/s:

Each software product must be registered independently.

1. Login.

2. Click Licenses > Register Authorization Code and enter the additional code in the designated box. 

   

3. Click Submit.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each additional purchased software product.
