Does anyone have experience with enantiomeric separations in HPLC?

Hi everyone nice to greet you all. Does anyone have experience with enantiomeric separations in HPLC? I need a suggestion of a method or a column to separate the racemic mixture of D and L Ammonium-Glufosinate

I can't see any Agilent application notes for the Poroshell Chiral columns for Glufosinate. 
 If I had to start anywhere, I would probably look at InfinityLab Poroshell 120 Chiral-T, since this works for amino acids. Can't guarantee that it would work in this case
