I use the Synergy HT Multi-detection microplate reader to measure bacterial growth over a time period of 72 hours by measuring the OD600 every hour of the experiment. For some reason the reader stops measuring for about 8 to 10 hours. Then it goes on but is adding the time at the end of the experiment. I did this experiment before using the software gene5 1.10 and it worked perfectly. Since we updated the version to gene5 3.11 and used a new laptop the problem occurred. I attached a few pictures to describe my problem.
Can you help me find out what the problem is?
