Food contact products - Screening for possible contaminants

Good morning everyone,

We would like to analyse pré-polymers, produced for food contact, for possible contaminants forbidden, and/or regulated, in the food industry.

First of all, we need to establish a list of those compounds and then find out what is/are the best analytical equipment to analyse them.

Therefore I would like to ask the community where to look for a list of those compounds. Our administration has thought of a non-exhaustive list of compounds families like: dioxins, nitrosamines, PAHs, PFAs, SVHC, fertilizers, pesticides, PCBs,...

What we need is a regularly actualized list for those compounds.

Then, we need to correlate those compounds to their recognized analytical procedures.

Would there be such a listing as well?
