Hello,
I am looking at flavor compounds on a GC/FID. All of my peaks integrate really well except the aldehydes. There is a slight baseline rise long before the actual peak somes out and the GC begins integration at that time. I've tried changing the baseline now setting to start only at the beginning of the actual peak. I changed the slope sensitivity but when I make even the slightest change non of the peaks integrate. Any thoughts?
