We have high Matrix Problems in Fish Oil and Olive Oil.
We want to determine Vitamines in trace amounts via HPLC.
I saw the EMR Kits. Do anyone got a Suggestion how to Approach this Situation ?
My Idea ( Maybe wrong )
is to use the existend method and use a different Mobile Phase B ( alkaline )
or temperature Adjustment. With a Gradient. We only got
The Problem is that we dont want a Long sample preparation. Extraction for example.
