does anyone have/develop a method for method/CO2 analysis using HP-PLOT U column, TCD and helium as a carrier gas?
You can pick any column temp from 60 to 120 and run it isothermal with a column flow of 2-10 depending on the column ID. 2 ml for 250 column. 4 for a 320 column and 10 for a 530 column.
Thank you for your answer. What temperatures of the injection port and TCD would you recommend? I have seen 150C for injection, 250C for TCD and split ratio of 10-30:1 for other analysis methods but am not sure for my case.

If in your sample CO2 is greater then 20 ppm then without methanizer you can got the response or if want lower detection then you want methanizer.
Oven- 40 C ----- 6 min then 20 C upto 200C final hold 1 min.
