Hello All, I am new to the Agilent LC/MS community and am seeking input on acceptable column szes for use on the 1200 series quarternary LC. Specifically want to know if there is a limit on the pore size used, looking at an application for hormones one of which uses 5 micron particles but a long column and long run time. Will this system be able to handle a 100 mm column with 2.7 micron paritcle size biphenyl column?
