Our MS 40 pump is connected to a G6530 Q-TOF. This instrument was bought two years ago and not used often.
The MS 40 pump has been leaking or spitting oil, especially during the start and shut off times. The Agilent service team has replaced twice with new pumps, but the leaking problem kept coming back to us.
Does anyone have similar problem? Any troubleshooting tips are appreciated!
