Hi, a colleague of mine was running an analysis on our 1260 HPLC. We are using EZChrom A.04.07 on a PC running Windows 7.
All of a sudden, he can't start the sequence as it keeps waiting for the trigger. I forget how to address this issue. It won't run unless
the event is triggered. Help !!
The method was setup with an external trigger event, so it should have worked, but some reason unbeknownst to me something has changed.
