How do I rename samples after they've already been run in Openlab CDS?

  You can change sample names in the injection list and reprocess data. I don't know if there is a way to change data file name - i suspect not.

  You are correct. The sample name can be edited in the Injection List and the updated name will be saved in the results the next time the result set is reprocessed. The data file name cannot be changed…
