What filters should I use for extracting sugars from tobacco samples?

What filters would you recommend for extracting sugars from tobacco samples? The tobacco is diluted in either water or 25%ethanol.

Dear chemist23, 
 there is no filtration to do this. You might want to look into solid phase extraction with Bond Elut PBA, that would bind the sugars to the cartridge and everything else would pass through. Then releasing the sugars from the cartridge would give you a sugar-only fraction.
