 I am using Mx3000p qPCR, it gives the following error. 
 
 "The thermal blocks or sample cover not reaching the set temperature." How I could solve it this error, thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, this error indicates that there is a problem with the instrument's thermal block and the only way to resolve it will be to have the instrument sent to Agilent's Field Repair Center for a hardware repair. To receive instructions on how to go about this, you should contact remote support for qPCR instruments at qpcr@Agilent.com. For the most prompt assistance possible, you should include your name, your phone number, the name of the organization for which you work and the instrument's serial number.
