What are the differences between headspace vials caps/septa?

What is the difference between magnetic, steel and aluminum headspace caps/septa. 
 There are the caps/septa I am referring to are P/Ns:

Hi, 5183-4477 is our standard headspace cap. Because the cap is made from aluminum, it can be easily crimped with manual and electronic crimpers. 8010-0165 and 5190-3987 are both steel, magnetic caps compatible with CTC autosamplers. As they are steel caps, a high powered crimper is needed to crimp them onto the vial. The difference between the two is that septa of 5190-3987 is rated up to 300 C, whereas the septa in 8010-0165 (PTFE/Silicone) is only rated up to 200 C. Thanks, Jeff
