I am currently using the kinetics application for determining the slope x factor for 3 reps using cell changer. I would like to carry out math operations to calculate slope x factor / concentration x dilution factor for each rep and also caculate the average value and %CV. Does anyone know if the concentration and dilution factor for each rep can be entered in the user form and then used for the calculation slope x factor / concentration x dilution factor. This will simplify our data process flow.
