Hi, Currently, we can generate acqusition worklist from LIMS,which contains the sampleno/name, sample amt && total amount && dilution factor info, and then we can import it to MassHunter acqusition workstation worklist. After the acqusition finished. When adding the sample to the QQQ batch, only dilution factor info in there, amt && total amount… Show more
Hi david_zhou, First of all, thanks to hexatriene for providing me the information I'll be presenting here. If you want to get entries from the worklist to go into the Amt. and Tot. Amt. columns in the batch table you need to create two user defined columns in your worklist. Set them to be of data type number and name them exactly Sample…

Hello, I am interested in exporting data from ChemStation to a .csv file (or other) to import into a database. I want the data exported to be the quantitative results--so the the compound name and concentration. I know how to save reports as Excel files to get that information, but it's very messy and difficult to delimit. I also know how to… Show more
Thanks! You have a couple options for exporting reports in a .csv format. As you noted, Intelligent Reporting allows for .xlsx reports to be generated, but not .csv reports. Classic report templates, however, have are able to be sent directly to a .csv file if you go to Report>Specify Report. Batch reporting is another option which allows…
We recently upgraded Chemstation from version D.02 to E.02 (enhanced data analysis) and now our detailed reports no longer show the library reference spectrum for our target compounds. We still get the raw and sub spectra, just not the library match. Anyone know how to fix this? I attached a copy of how the report used to look for reference.

For product: Herculase II Fusion Enzyme with dNTPs Combo Catalog #600677, 600679. The 5× Herculase II Reaction Buffer is not enough to use with lots of enzymes left. Could you please recommended me a substitution that I could buy separately?
After running a GC sequence which generates data for blanks, standards, method blank and samples - I would like to subtract the area for a particular compound or timed group for the method blank from each of the samples. I have been using the CC Editor to put custom calculations into the Injection Results tab of the sequence when viewing the data… Show more
Hi Ryoboyle, Thank you for this clarification and direction. I think some of my deficiency comes from not being very good at the report template editor. But I will use the table that currently shows Pentadecane and filter it for the drawing oil peak and add the fields for the custom calculations as extra columns in that table and hopefully we…
