Hello, We have 10ppm D8 Toluene and bromofluorobenzene being injected into the carry stream using a Markes XR-100 thermal desorption system. How do I quant all unknowns using the internal standards and export the processed data automatically to csv or excel format using Chemstation F.01.03.2357 Best Noel

We have MSD Chemstation E.02.02.1431. We need to set up ASTM D5769 aromatics in gasoline. Is there a template in the software that can be used to create the method? Thanks
I seem to recall that there is a mode or template in the data analysis section that has all of the compounds and ions selected in accordance with ASTM D5769
How to quantify multiple compounds (standard recovery) when sample concentration differs for each compound in Chemstation OpenLab c.01.09
Hello, I have 5 compounds of different concentrations, for example A,B,C,D,E and I enter them into my calibration table. I want to be able to quantify on the software (Chemstation OpenLab c.01.09) the standard recovery of each peak. In the sequence table I am only able to enter one concentration for the 'sample', but I have 5 different… Show more

Now our instrument (GC/MS) use the openlab CDS2.3 to collect the data and analysis. We always use the other software to analyze the mass spectrum for identification. However, the new software didn't export the mass spectrum for the other software. How can I translate the data file (such as MSpeak.bin and MSScan.bin from openlab CDS raw data) to… Show more
Hello, I added tags to increase visibility. In current releases of OpenLab CDS it is not possible to export mass spectra as an AIA file (or in any other format). The AIA export functionality only applies to chromatographic data. I see that there are already a couple change requests in our system to add this feature so that it can then be…
Hi. I am using OpenLab. What is the quickest way to export my batch onto excel? I am interested in retention time, area, and the calculated concentration for each analyte in all my samples and the calibration curve that was ran with the batch. Currently, I am slowly manually exporting to excel one sample at the time via EXCEL_Export>Manual Data… Show more
Hi, I have a question regarding calibration when measuring gasses. We use a recently purchased version of chemstation (summer 2019) We are doing measurements of the headspace of bottles containing microorganisms producing and consuming four different gasses. We have all four gasses available as pure gasses from gas cylinders. My question… Show more

We are working on having LIMS ingest this data and would like to use the raw data value. The Excel templates we have (they may have come default during installation) include a "FinalConcentration" column which takes into account the dilution factor. We would like to have the same file format but include the raw data (Calc. Con. is the name of… Show more
