AgilentWe had MS turbo pump failure and I would like to share what we saw and what we did to fix it.
After shutting down the MS for a month, we had MS turbopump speed problem. The turbopump speed did not go above 20%.

We called Agilent support and they told us some tips and troubleshooting. I will list that as a flowchart as following.
We end up replacing the Agilent turbopump with Pfeiffer HiPace 300H turbopump (This was suggested by Agilent support team).
