What software product and revision are running? You should be able to determine this information by going to Help>About.
Agilent GPC/SEC Software
Version A.02.01 Build 9.34851 
I moved this post to the LC area of the Agilent Community where it is more likely that someone with expertise in the GPC/SEC software will see it.
What is the Operating System in use? The errors are actually Windows errors, not generated by the GPC software.
Its worth noting, several critical updates to the software have been released since the version you currently have. I would highly recommend your package be updated to the SR3 release. You should be able to download the components on Agilent.Subscribenet.com
Thanks for your reply we are running window 10 it was installed on this platform but then stopped printing one day we tried everything with windows. So now we need to patch up the agilent software, but how do I get access to Agilent.Subscribenet.com when I dont have an authentication code or were can I find the code. We bought the machine Brand new but never had to update software before as normally ok.
If you have a software with the right license, someone within the company has access to subscribe net. If you are not able to get access to Subscribe Net, I suggest you contact their support and they can help you gain access to the account as well as help you figure out what version you are entitled to.
You will most likely need to give them the company name and the address as well as what kind of instrument you have.
I can help you get the necessary files to update the Software if you would call Online Technical Support at the number below. Please have the serial number of your GPC ready with you call.

Thanks for your help in clarifying this for me, but due to the time difference between UK and Santa Clara US it would be difficult to give you a ring when you are in.
