Working with a 6470 lc/tq and MS40 pump. The past three mornings, I've come in to find the pump not running with the error "QqQ fault detected: 2.8 High vacuum gauge is reading too high a pressure." Keep in mind the instrument is in standby mode when this fault is detected. I have to restart the MS, shut down and restart the Voyager engines, restart the acquisition software and run a new autotune. I'm fairly new to this instrument, and was wondering if there is anything I could be doing wrong that results in this error. I figured I'd ask here before logging a service call. Thanks!
