Why am I getting a blank output report in ChemStation?

Hi there,

After I integrate and calibrate a run in ChemStation, I use Batch > Output Batch Report to export the data.

However,  when I last did this the report had all 0 values instead of the actual concentration values--you can see there are in fact visible peaks, so the 0's are an error.

After run the batch calibration/integration I get pop-up window saying that one of the samples could not be run with the current method (it is a blank line used for denoting the cool down method on the GC)--I have consistently used this in the past, and have gotten a similar error without any issues with the output report.

The only thing I did differently this time was tweak some of the integration settings under Integration > Integration Events, but I don't see how that would affect the output report.

Any advice is appreciated! Many thanks!
